for an addition
for a new Magistracy which is
deemed Required for this Colony, and I propose the site and room afforded by the Civil Hospital in Pedder's Hill, and in adhering as far as possible to the wants observed by the Chief Magistrate, make provision for the building of a Clock tower, for the erection of which and the "purchase of the clock" a subscription
